Refund policy
No Returns or Exchanges: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that were received as ordered. This includes instances where the correct size, color, and style were delivered as requested. If a different size or item is needed, you are welcome to place a new order through the Teamworks Store. Any associated costs will be the responsibility of the individual placing the order.
Order Issues or Defects: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please reach out to people@teamworks.com within 1 week of delivery date.
